Developments

Oval Road - Completed
For this particular project, we converted two 3 bed semi-detached houses into two 5 bed HMO's using investor finance and some of our own. This project has the added bonus of future potential to increase them into 8 beds (subject to planning).
We had to go through various compliance measures to make sure our work followed stringent building regulation and HMO standards. This project ran into various issues relating to builders and also the unexpected work of rebuilding part of the outer wall. After works had been completed the investors were repaid and ended up investing in our next project.
It’s a great example of our commitment to delivering quality development projects and seeing it through from start to finish despite complications in order to ensure full investor and tenant satisfaction.

Deakin Road
Our vision for this project is to demolish a tired detached bungalow and rebuild to utilise the large overgrown garden and adjoining property.
The site will provide 16 quality rooms and a large outbuilding for training and presentations for the tenants.
